Is there a way to run a report on the number of participants that attended a zoom meeting or webinar

Yes, you can access reports for meetings and webinars under the Reports section of your account: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201363213-Getting-started-with-Zoom-reporting

After getting the .csv format file report, you can visualize the number of participants in every single minute of the webinar and create a graph at: https://aotgraph.com - this is a free service. enjoy

From the Report section it is possible to have the list of participants in a webinar, but for meetings (even large meetings) this option is not available, right? I only see the Report option for polls or meeting recordings.

For webinar attendee reports, you do select the Webinar report and choose the attendee option, but for meeting attendee reports, you actually select Active Host or Usage, which will provide you the attendee reports for meetings.
