Registration using a Mobile Device - "Error Loading Page"

Hello, 

My organization has encountered a usability issue where an individual cannot register for our virtual session using their MOBILE DEVICE. When they attempt to register, an "Error Loading Page" message pops up. 

Nevertheless, when an individual uses a COMPUTER, they do not encounter any issues. Can someone help me in solving this issue? Thank you.
