Registered for a Zoom mega meeting but unable to join that meeting

We organise Zoom mega meetings and had 1,000 people worldwide registered for a mega meeting, but we only had 357 join us.

This has happend last month too.

What might be the reason for registrants not to be able to join online please?

Most likely you may be restricting access by country, which would lock participants out.

It may be that they struggle to find the specific meeting link. You could send a calendar invite with each person's unique link as well as reminders shortly before the meeting to make it easy for them to join. There is also a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send invites and reminders for Zoom meetings with registration.
