Redirect to external thank you page on completion of registration?

Does anyone know if it is possible to redirect to an external url (thank you page) when someone completes their meeting registration?

Thank you Elizabeth. I understand that. But where can I add the external url in the meeting settings? That's the part I am struggling to find.
