Recurring Events keep Cancelling

I keep having attendees tell me they're getting canceled notifications, but I'm not cancelling anything. SO I'll delete the zoom, and start over, just for it to happen again. I'm taking everything out of my outlook calendar before I create a new recurring event. Please help!

This comes down to the integration between outlook and Zoom. Zoom provides an API but it's up to third parties to build a robust integration. For recurring meetings specifically there is a gap in the integration for outlook. There is a Zoom marketplace app, Salepager, for scheduling recurring meetings and sending notifications correctly.
