Editing zoom Recording Transcript/ CC

I am unable to remove a field when editing transcript in recording. If I wanted to completely remove a field as I believe it is inaccurate, Zoom only allows you to amend it and cannot delete it. It you remove all the words in the field, it gives you an error that says “The field is required”. The only workaround is to add a “.” Please can you give us an option to remove a field completely?

Within Zoom you cannot remove fields. You could copy the transcript and edit it separately, there is also a marketplace app, Salepager for editing Zoom recording transcripts.
