Recovering deleted recordings

I accidentally deleted a recording and then the trash. Can I recover the deleted recording?

Sorry, You cannot recover a recording that has been deleted from Trash:

Hi can I check please- my account changed from individual to business and I was on leave, I was notified by zoom my cloud recordings would be deleted, even though I had a continuous subscription. Are my recordings recoverable?

In the navigation menu, click Recordings. At the top right, you will see a Trash icon if there are any cloud recordings in the trash. Click the icon to see any deleted cloud recordings. Click Recover on the right to retrieve the recording
