I just want my recordings. They seem to have disappeared.   These are ministry recordings, please help me obtain them. My Zoom just converted without my permission to business from one platform and the recordings disappeared.  I send these recordings out to people who are sick and shut-in at home, or who just don’t go to church.

I would check the recording section in your Zoom account to get the recording link and send it. It may be that the layout changed in the recent update. Alternatively you could automate sharing the Zoom recording using a marketplace app, Salepager, that can send the session recording out to folks for you.
