Cloud storage is full and need to delete, but cannot find previous cloud recordings

Cloud storage is full (7.67 GB used out of 5 GB)

 

I would like to delete previous recordings to make space.

 

However, I cannot find any previous cloud recording both in management page and recording page...

 

How can I resolve this situation?

Hello,

It seems you may not have the necessary permissions to access the recording. Please check the recording configuration and your member role.

Hello, 

I am an account user, and I automatically have the right to view and edit. However, I still cannot see any recordings yet. 

 

Also, how can I attach file to this message as you did? I wanted to send the image of captured setting page, but could not find the way to attach the file here.
