Recording from past years

How can I get recordings from past years such as 2020, because I really need that recording?

hi @Gigirl 

Unless you have a paid account and never delete your recordings and have storage to keep them, there is no posbiblitiy to find an old recording,
When recordings are deleted from cloud storage they are avialable for 30 days
