Record on separate tracks not working

I wanted to record a meeting/podcast where each speaker is recorded on a separate track. Before the meeting, I went to Settings - Recording - "Record a separate audio file of each participant" but when I go to access my recording in the cloud I can only find audio recorded combined on one file. 

Why is this? Is there an error?

Each speaker has their own participant connection to Zoom using their own audio device, correct?

Hello,

I am having the same issue. Using a paid Zoom account for my podcasting, I've interviewed dozens of times and audio is saved to 2 tracks. Then it one day it didn't. All boxes noted in your screen shot are clicked. We've tried saving to computer and to cloud and get the same, single track result. We really need the two tracks for optimal podcast audio production. Please assist.
