Reactions in chats

For some reason I don't see an option to add a reaction/emoji for comments in the chat (not for the speaker).  How do I add this?

Hi,  Your admin should enable emojis for users. Please follow this article:

 When I hover over the chat message I want to reply to, I do not get a reaction bubble or reaction emoji.  I can only message the whole group or direct message someone in the group.  I know one of my particular meeting hosts allows these reactions, but I cannot see it as an option for me, in any other meetings as well.  I'm an end user on a iMac with the basic 'free' account.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

I'm facing the same issue.  Emojis have been enabled, I can see other users in the same meeting reacting to messages in the "Meeting Chat", but when I hover over a message, nothing appears other than "Copy" or "Quote". Why can't I react to messages, but other people in the same meeting can?

Disregard. Found that I am on version 5.12.9 and the feature that allows you to react to messages was released with 5.13.5.
