During my meetings in the Zoom client on Windows 10, randomly I hear "pop" sound effects. I checked and confirmed that this only happens during Zoom meetings. My current Zoom version is 6.2.0

Any help is appreciated

I figured it out that it was the "Play chime when someone raises their hand" was toggled

Since I use speaker view mostly it didn't occur to me
Thanks for the support anyway!

Hello,

I would advise testing the audio prior to the meeting with the following steps: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062765

If the issue persists, I would attempt troubleshooting on the physical device itself (making sure drivers are up to date, trying different audio inputs/outputs, upgrading the device, etc.). I would also make sure your Zoom App is up to date.

I hope this helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Thank you,

Jake
