RETREIVING A MEETING-NOT RECORDED

I probably know the answer to this but I'll ask anyway. The ZOOM admin did not record a recent dedication ceremony and I was hoping it might be floating around in the cloud. It took place on the 2nd and was a ceremony for our 91 year old swimming coach who had the pool annex named in his honor. He and his family, friends, and former coaches who could not attend in person did the ZOOM. Not holding out much hope but MAYBE? Just asking....

Hi @cpinardiUnfortunately, if the ceremony was not recorded in the cloud or locally through the Zoom admin or a participant's computer during the event, there would be no way to retrieve the recording after the fact. Zoom does not automatically record or store meetings without someone actively initiating the recording function. I understand this is disappointing given the significance of your coach's ceremony. For future important events, I recommend designating someone to handle the recording responsibility to ensure these special moments are preserved.
