sharing of the screen is not allowed. I can do alone, but when the participant comes there is a writing  saying: "you can't share the screen in this meeting". It happens with different partecipants not only one.

What shall I do? I have also the paid version. It is urgent!!! I cannot work... I am working with meet!!

Hi @maylaiacapoTo change Zoom screen sharing permissions during your Zoom meetings, the host can do the following:

  • Click the ^ arrow next to Share Screen

  • Select Advanced Sharing Options

  • Choose who can share under "Who can share?"

If you are an account owner, you can also do the following to change the settings for all users in your account:

  • Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator

  • Go to Account Management > Account Settings

  • Click the Meeting tab

  • Under In Meeting (Basic), find the Screen sharing setting

  • Toggle the setting on and configure who can share:

    • Host Only

    • All Participants

In case you're still having issues:

  • Check if participants are using the latest Zoom version

  • Verify your Zoom account subscription permissions

  • Contact Zoom support if problems persist

I hope this helps.
