Is there a way to allow for public access to meetings by posting the Zoom link online without having to use a passcode or accepting a person into the meeting. I would like a virtual courtroom to allow anyone to view online by only clicking the zoom link but not have any communication in the meetings, only viewable? I use Youtube but would like to bypass this process. Thank you!

How many viewers are you expecting? Zoom Webinar and Zoom Events are great options for this type of unidirectional conferencing when you don't have an audience of thousands of people.
For all Zoom Meetings/Webinars, you have the option to remove passwords entirely or embed them into the shared link so that participants do not need to key them in manually.

Courts are required to make hearings available to the public. I would say that no more than 10 people would view this at any given time. What I'm looking for is to copy the meeting link to our website so that anyone could view the meeting without having to get permission from me or going to a waiting room to be admitted in. They can just click the link and view and not technically be a part of the meeting.

Got it - Webinar with a shared link (password embedded - one click total for viewers) will definitely do the trick.
