Psychedelic Zoom Video

Does anyone know how to solve the psychedelic video issue? It's been distracting for important work meetings. But I'm also starting a video podcast, and am very reluctant to use Zoom if this issue is going to continue. Does anyone know of better platforms to do a video podcast?

 No, it's awful! My boss is annoyed and told me to shut video off while on Zooms because it's too distracting. 

Regarding the private podcast I'm starting, I decided not to risk it and so I'm going to have to use another platform. I can't even contact support because I'm not a paying customer, and to be honest, at this point, I don't think I want to be. I can see a onetime glitch but not a common occurrence.
