One of the users in my account will setup meetings and sometimes it requires her to input her own passcode to use for it and sometimes it does not.
No other users are reporting this and no recent changes have been made to the account. Is there anything I should look for? They are using Google Calendar to schedule.

Hi, @Midevil
If you are about to start a meeting.
When you are signed in to Zoom, you do not need to enter a passcode to participate in your own scheduled meetings.
If you are scheduling a meeting, you do not need to enter a passcode when using PMI, and
Passcode may be required for random meeting ID.
This is set up in the Web Portal.

This is resolved. Once I got connected it turns out they had somehow switched over to personal meetings.
