Profile Pic Missing

Whenever I join a Zoom meeting, only my initials are displayed and not the profile pic I created in my account. I have tried everything but can't seem to put my finer on why it is not displaying. It used to but ever since I updated a new profile pic, it will not display. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi @RikMcCoy and welcome to the community! If the profile picture you saved isn't displaying, please try signing out of your Zoom account, restarting the app, and then signing in again. Let me know if that helps!
