On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Pro Account but Zoom Help says I don't have Support

Question 1 - Suddenly, my Pro Zoom Account does not get Chat Support. I do not understand why this is the case since I've always been able to use Chat Support. If anyone could please advise, I would appreciate it. 

Question 2 

*** I am trying to contact Zoom to ask whether or not Enabling Original Sound for Musicians can be toggled ON for all meetings? I don't want to have to "remember" to toggle it on and risk losing the sound that I use to get before this new option came into being. If anyone can help with this second issue, I'd appreciate it.

joZ here. I was able to get through to learn why I no longer get Chat support. Submitted an online request for help.

I can't get through to support in any way, and I do have the ProPlan. Chatbot says I don't qualify, when I do - and I can't a message through to the portal. I am 2 HOURS into this and will have to cancel my account if I can't get help, as my whole business is at a standstill without video conferencing. Can any help?
