Today I recorded a video of the conference in the zoom cloud. I don't have a paid subscription. I can't watch it. In order to find this video, should I sign up for a paid subscription? Or is my video already lost? Thanks for your attention.

When you were a paid user, you can use cloud recording. After you canceled the subscription, the recording data is not deleted.
If you be the paid user again, you can confirm the cloud recording data.

i just recorded a video and can't find it. I have a free subscription but i just updated because I could not get help.
