I'm hosting an orientation meeting. Attendees will be able to log in to the meeting up to 15 minutes before it starts. I'd like to give them something while they wait. It strikes me that the simplest thing might be to share one of my iTunes playlists over a still-frame image.  How would I go about doing that?

Would it be harder or easier to assemble a youtube video and play it back?

Hi @eyore15 yes! You can totally do this, so to customize your waiting room you can do so by going to https://zoom.us/profile/setting > Waiting Rooms Options > Customize Waiting Room. More info on Enabling and customizing the Waiting Room

From here, you have the following options for participants to see when they join the waiting room. For your use case, I would advise assembling a video to upload. Just keep in mind, audio is muted by default when a video is presented in the waiting room.

Participants view in waiting room with the options to configure audio. Video plays automatically.

Hope this helps!
