Piano Teaching Dysfunctional Audio

I'm trying to teach piano on line. Despite countless attempts and incredible patience on the behalf of my students, we're unable to get the audio functioning smoothly. My hardware and software are:

2018 Macbooc Pro Intel, OS Sonoma 14.1.2

Korg Kronos 88 

Focusrite Clarette 2Pre Digital Audio Interface

Chordie App latest version

OBS Studio, Audio sample rate 44.1Khz

Would anyone well familiar with my application be willing to Zoom Session with me and talk me through the various settings necessary so that the audio will be clean, in real time with as little latency as possible? Thank you all so much. I've not purchased the upgraded version, still using the free version for these very reasons.

I have a similar issue.
I teach online singing and my students can't hear my piano in background or even my sounds when I sing instead of talking.
