My photo icon is not appearing when I have my video off.  It has just recently had this issue.  I can see the photo icon when I log in.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @cynstarlight.

 

Meeting hosts/owners can turn off the visibility of Profile Pictures on a per-meeting basis.  If other people's profile pictures are also not displayed, this is probably why.

 

If you can see your Profile Picture when you open your Zoom Profile page (https://zoom.us/profile), it should display in any meeting where the host has not disabled the display of profile pictures.
