300 attandees problem

I have used this account for 3 years. Normally I have used 300 attendees this plan, but I saw that my plan has 100 attandees. I don't understand Why is change this plan attendees capacity?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @AkinMatt.

 

There are several account types, which you might be aware of: Basic, Pro, Business, and Enterprise.

 

Basic and Pro accounts are limited to 100 attendees at their meetings.  Business and Enterprise accounts have the 300-attendee limit.

 

Has your account recently changed status or moved from one Account Owner to another?
