Permanent Blue Screen in Video Mode on a MacBook Air -No error codes

Bought a new laptop recently, and everything is great except in the video mode, I have a permanent blue screen virtual background that I can't get rid of. I have an older MacBook Air upstairs that has no problem with Virtual Backgrounds .... but the newer one that I am using as a desktop replacement has this quirk. Haven't quite figure out why this is happening ... and how to get to a normal (real) background. There have been no error codes so far, and I am using the most current version of Zoom Workplace as of today September 6, 2025.Would appreciate advice as how to remedy this situation.

Thanks!
