Auto call for Scheduled meetings keeps calling.

I started using the auto call feature has been a great addition and I have been using it for a month or so. For some reason though it seems to have got a bit bugged out as of this week. It has started calling me repeatedly after a meeting has started. Sometimes it is 15 minutes, but it has also been up to an hour later. This happens for both meeting auto calls that I decline (because for example I was optional and now don't have time to attend), but also for meetings I have been in that ended early. It happens for both meetings I host, and also ones in which I am invited. Sometimes I get multiple calls and others I do not. The calls do not happen when I am actively in the call (but will call about other meetings when I am in a call), or once the call has past it's scheduled end time. I updated this morning to 6.5.12 for Windows but this issue still occurred. Any one else having this issue, or have any recommendations on fixes?

Unfortunately I don’t have an answer for you – only to say that this happened to me yesterday too!  I was in a Zoom Events session with clients, and my weekly reminder for the Zoom Test Kitchen (Fridays at 3pm Eastern) popped up — not once, but three times

 

It hasn’t happened before, and I’d just updated to the latest Zoom Workplace app. I’m wondering if you noticed it before the update.  Next week I’ll consider whether I go the Support Ticket route, or just bug my fellow Community Champions for help.
