On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Pending App request

Hi everyone,

I try to add an app to my zoom, but I receive this replace: " Your request to add this app as been submitted to your admin and is pending their approval" .

The problem is that my admin can't find the request. Please, could you tell me where to look to find it?

Your admin should be able to review any pending App requests in the Marketplace directly. This article has information about where to see all pending requests: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360027829671-Pre-approving-and-approving-apps-in-Zoom-App-...

I'm also having this issue, but I don't have an admin. It's a basic account, that I created on my own. When I try to download an app, it says it's pending approval by the admin. But I can't find any info about an admin on my account, and I don't see approval permissions on my account either.
