Currently, Zoom only allows webinar registrations to have a fee associated with attendance. This article can provide additional info: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360018597111-Configuring-Zoom-webinars-with-PayPal
Beyond that, you may be able to find other registration integrations that would be able to support fees for meetings as well.

Set it up like you would a digital product. The attendee goes through checkout, then gets an email that sends them the link to register for the call, or that sends them to the call. Pretty easy to automate, too.
