Participants can't see my live picture whenever I join a meeting, they can only see my profile picture, Can I get assistance

Hi @Humphrey thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! If your profile picture is showing up, that typically means your video is muted in the Zoom client. If you look in the lower left of your Zoom window when you are in a meeting, there are buttons for muting your Audio (microphone) and your Video (your camera). Just make sure there is not a slash mark through the video and it should show your live camera!
You can also click the little up arrow next to the video icon to change cameras and check other video settings.
