Hi there. I need your help

 

I used to share sound when presentation and it works. Unfortunately a few weeks ago when i share my sound, the audience report that the sound so bad. It is looks like over volume. In fact, in device or even in Windows Media Player, all has been set with the minimum one

 

Please help, thanks for your respons

Hi BHMTC, you can update  to the latest Zoom version (5.7.7) , it may solve your problem. If it goes on, you're suppose to try  the 64bit version.
