Outlook Plugin Not Working With New Outlook after February Update

I am using the New Outlook desktop app.  When I started my job in October of last year I added the plugin so I can easily schedule Zoom Meetings from within Outlook.  Since the March update I no longer have that option.  I redownloaded the plugin, I've clicked in Settings the Add Online Meeting to all meetings- Zoom.  I've tried to add it as one of the apps in Outlook, but it doesn't work.  If I log into my web browser, I can add a Zoom meeting fine.  It's only with the New Outlook desktop app.  I'm going to try to go back to an old version of Zoom and see if it comes back that way.  Anyone else have this issue and insights on how to resolve?

Have you heard of Zoom AI Companion?

My organization is having the same problem with the new Zoom Outlook. It works on the desktop version, but if you switch to the "new outlook" when it takes you to the app version, Zoom is not an option under "customize actions" even after you do all the steps people are saying. So, when you make a "new event" it does not show on the panel to add Zoom Meeting. 

 

We have checked all the add ins and connected Zoom to Outlook, etc. Again, the problem is on the New Outlook calendar and not the desktop version.

Hi CarlaA,

I am seeing the same issue with the new Outlook.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom plugin, but it no longer appears as an option.  If I revert to the old Outlook, the Zoom option is then back.

I'm sorry for the late response. We have released a new version 6.1.1 kindly update your app and would also advise using the Outlook Add-in, it allows you to manage scheduling within the Outlook web and desktop apps.

The add-in can be deployed and configured by Outlook admins and, once installed by users, it allows you to 
add a Zoom meeting to a new or existing Outlook calendar event
