Opening a call without Host

HI! I have approval to create meetings (Zoom) within my boss' calendar in Google Calendar.

I change the host to him on every call and still I have to open all calls for him and invite him and the others on the call into the call and then bounce out. I cannot find a way to change this setting. I have watched tutorials, etc. with no luck. Help please.

The goal is that I create meeting in his calendar and then he is able to open and host on his own without me joining in.

Thanks in advance!

Hello @hollyatropos ,

I would suggest that you utilize the Scheduling Privilege which will allow you to schedule meetings as an Alternate Host. Here's the Google Calendar process that might help.
