No audio from speakers in Zoom Settings

I have a Dell laptop and when I Go to Zoom Settings > Audio and test the Speaker I cannot get any audio from my USB headsets or the Dell laptop built-in speaker. The microphone works and the Dell Speakers built-in speakers are working because I can test the speakers / USB headsets on Skype with no issues.

I reached out to Dell but they have advised me that as the speakers are working correctly outside the Zoom app and the issue appears only to be with Zoom that I should reach out to the Zoom Communuity to see if anyone has experienced similar issues and knows if there is anything I need to change in the Zoom app itself

I hope someone out there is able to offer some advise

Some of us are having the same issues and can't seem to find a fix:

I don't have any answers but this same issue is happening with my system. I reached out to Dell and they performed their troubleshooting "stuff." Issue was not resolved and they told me it was a Zoom issue. Now what?
