When I open the application I sign in and then it just say connecting and than say unable to connect however, my internet is very good. Also I try update dating it but it say it not compatible but I have the newest MacBook. Need Help. Thank you

There are a few things to try *and more than just this list, so here we go:
1. restart Zoom application
2. restart computer
3. renew/refresh your automatically generated IP address of your computer
4. experiment with turning off your VPN if any and turning off AntiVirus software if any
