My video background is stuck on Blur

I have been stuck on Blur (not the normal blur either, just a lesser version of blur) for over a month now and can not just go back to 'None' and a clear live background. This is happening on my Samsung Galaxy 23+ phone, have uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom app multiple times to no avail. Works fine on my desktop Zoom app. I am a paying Pro customer and not receiving much support. Anyone know what is going on here?

I have the same problem. Why is nobody stepping up to help you?

Mine is doing a similar thing but with a light blue background. It's not easy to see how to get help with this. Have you managed to fix yours, Speedjunki and RHIT_Jim?

No update from Zoom on this, been just dealing with it. Kind of sucks & unprofessional as the edges of my profile are always janky where the clear meets the blur when I'm on client meetings. They need to work on this, pretty sure if the Zoom c-suite was dealing with it there would be a fix pretty dang quick. But hey,  they're probably on their yachts not giving a 💩. Might have to just start using Google Meet & drop [paying for] Zoom.

I've just bought a new Dell laptop 5645 and have installed the zoom workplace ver 6.3.6 and is having the same problem stuck in blur mode when using the intregrated webcam

I've contacted Dell and they have given me a  new Bios update but that did not work either So the problem must be with zoom.

This worked for me

On the taskbar in search Type Camera
Click on camera
Click on settings
Click on camera settings
Click on open camera system settings
Click yes

Look for background effects and turn off
Then open zoom And it should work.

Thank you for the recommendation. I tried finding these settings on my Galaxy 23+ and there is not an option to 'open camera system settings' to make the changes you suggested. Good to hear you were able to fix the problem on your new Dell.
