My headphones connected to my Windows 10 laptop are not working

I have JVC headphones (wired) and they work fine with other applications and video platforms, but they don't work with zoom.  I can head fine with my speakers, but hear nothing through the headphones.  Any ideas what the problem might be?  Thanks!

Same issue here, headphones work with all other apps (teams, youtube, linked in, etc) but not zoom.  Any word on a fix?
