When I opened the green screen, it showed virtual background. And the virtual background cannot fix by the automatically or customisation. When I used customisation, part of virtual background has transparency and cover my face. Auto background cannot work.
I am using ZOOM 5.9.1 (3506)
MacBook Air(macOS Catalina 10.15.7

Hi @AALL thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! When you are in your settings for Virtual Background, it sounds like you have the box checked for "I have a green screen" but if you don't have a physical green screen behind you, checking that box will throw the Zoom client off. Could you check your settings and see if this box is checked
And if so, go ahead and uncheck it? Let's see if that is the culprit.
