Hello Everyone,
Nice to meet you all.
My laptop is a new one. The model is Lenovo Thinkpad E14 i3 11 Gen with 8 GB RAM and Intel integrated graphics, and Windows 10.
At first, it's OK to share my screen for some time. But, after some time, my zoom stops immediately and quits sometimes. Sometimes, I have got a black screen. I can still hear the other side and they all can see me. But, I can't do anything.
When I search in the community I found a post by the Zoom Help centre. But, this is just for Nvidia Graphics laptop.
Can you please help me with this? Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Phyo

Have you found a solution to your question about black screen when sharing a video. I am dealing with the same problem. Thanks for any help.

I too have this problem - It seems the only solution is to use Microsoft Teams!
