Muting Just Selected participant and not allowing that one person to unmute

Is it possible to add and option to mute selected participants.

Without locking the mute to every participant in the meeting.

This would be a helpful option to have.

So we could just disallow selected participants to not be allowed to unmute themself.

An still allowing other participants to unmute themselves.
