Doesn't work. Modify is grayed out

Can you mark this Not Solved? The option you mention is greyed out. This strategy does not work.

adding on to @RachelGomez123's reply, from a Microsoft thread on How to move installed apps from one drive to another drive in Windows 10?
According to a reply from the thread:
I recommend you to try the below steps to move the apps and check if it helps.
- Press Windows key, click on Settings option.
- Click on System, and on Apps & features to view all installed apps and their installation size.
- Click on the app entry that you would like to move to a different drive to see Move and Uninstall options. Click Move button and then select a drive of your choice to move the app.
If it just says Modify, then it's one you can't Move. SOME apps do have a Move button instead of Modify; even so, sometimes you can't move them. I was able to move almost 10gb of games though.
