I launched a survey in the browser following my meeting. I know it appeared as I saw it launch and I checked with others who also saw the survey and completed the survey. However, now when I check the survey responses it says 0. Does anyone know how to get my response report?

I just had the same thing happen. I had 8 respondents to my questions, but when I go to my Zoom account, it's as if the poll never happened. When I go to my recorded meeting, the poll shows, but it says it was never launched.

RESOLVED: I went to Meetings > Previous and selected the meeting. There was an option at the top of the screen for Polls/Quizzes which I selected. Although it said "Not Launched" under the Status column, there is a button with ellipsis (...) at the far right and when I clicked that button, one of the options was to "Send to Surveys." Once I did that, my poll questions with responses showed up in the Surveys section.
I don't know why it shows the poll as "Not Launched" because it clearly was. And I don't know why I had to manually move the Poll to the Surveys, but I am now able to access my poll results which I thought were lost to the ether...so I'm happy.
