Missing some meetings in iOS devices

Hello! Our company has not yet integrated Exchange with Zoom. However, we follow these steps to sync Zoom Meetings with the app: More > Meetings > Synced Calendars.

The issue we are facing is that most meetings appear, but some do not. For example, I have a recurring meeting every day at 9 AM, but it only appears on certain days. I am not the host, and my colleagues are also experiencing the same problem with this meeting and some others. Additionally, invitations from clients outside the company do not appear at all.

We would like to use this feature to connect to nearby Zoom Rooms, but it seems to be unreliable.

Troubleshooting steps taken:

  • Using Zoom Client 5.15.2 (8833)
  • Updated to the latest iOS version
  • Logged out of the app and logged back in
  • Disable/re-enabled Sync
  • Tried both Wi-Fi and 5G networks
  • Encountered the same issue on both my iPad and iPhone, as well as on other colleagues' devices

Does anyone have any insights into what might be causing this issue?
