Hi Zoom Community,
I would like to report that I have a problem in Zoom using the built in microphone of A4Tech FHD 1080 webcam. This issue is happening when I turned off the video and audio is still on and just in a while, an error will popup that says "microphone is not working". I have noticed also that this happened in HP EliteDesk 800 G3 SFF and only in Zoom. I tried to use the webcam with mic in MS Teams and other videoconferencing platforms but it's working.
Thank you very much.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your question. While that camera is not "certified" to work with Zoom, that doesn't mean it shouldn't. Unfortunately, since it is not certified, there is not much we can do to track down the source of the problem. I have seen other issues regarding the audio for that camera in various online chats, so I would recommend you check with A4Tech to see if they have an updated driver, or a solution on their end.
