How do my licenced members see and start my upcoming meetings? They can't see them in the scheduled list. Is there a way to add them?
Thanks.

Hi @Jewels007
You could look at assigning the scheduling privilege:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362803-Scheduling-privilege
But I think that just gives the right to schedule new meetings. I am not sure about seeing existing ones/and availability and so on.
The documentation (linked above) suggests using other plugins and add-ons for this purpose - like with Outlook, or G-Suite. That would be the typical method, in my experience.
Hope this helps - if only a little.

Do you have the ability to add them as alternate hosts? If so in your setting you can toggle on an option that alt hosts will receive an email stating they've been named an alternate host, and should be able to start the meeting through a link in that email.
