I am running Windows 10 on a laptop.
When I try to open a Zoom meeting from a link, the browser (Firefox) page opens. When I hit the launch button, the Zoom app launches to its home page but the meeting doesn't open.
Any ideas please?

It sounds like you may be hitting a popup blocker OR perhaps the application has either been denied or "points" to another application.
1. Popup Blocker - when navigating to the website, do you see anything on firefox that indicates a popup is being blocked? If so, allow it.
2. Applications - Navigate to the firefox Settings/Preferences. Once there, search for "Applications" and within "Applications" find the "Content Type" of "zoommtg". Make sure the "Action" for "zoommtg" is set to launch zoom.us.
