Did you mean:

On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Meeting started and the zoom link doesn't work for some registrants.

Any ideas why? It tells them to register again but they still didn't get on.

I couldn't resolve as host.

Any help much appreciated. Thanks.

Hey @Eleee and @Bblue, welcome to the community! My apologies for the delay in responding to your post!

Assuming you had registration on. Did you see the registrants register for the meeting? Once the registrants have registered for the meeting, they should've received the meeting information shortly after registering if automatically accepted when registering. However, if it's manual registration, you will need to either approve or deny their registration info.

I'm having this same issue and hoping for a solution to the problem.  I have manual registration and have approved members.  A number of participants received their email but when they clicked their link, it prompted them to register again.
