We purchased the Zoom Pro. Were understanding this didn't come with a meeting time limit of 40 minutes.
Our account is up to date as far as license goes. Is someone willing to answer my concern if it makes sense.

You probably need to assign your newly purchased license to your user account. See this web page for assistance:

Follow these steps taken from the article:
The license is now applied to your user account and you can use it immediately.
If this does not fix your issue, please submit a support ticket to our Billing team here and they should be able to assist you.
