Meeting Registration
I have set up a meeting and required registration. This is working for the majority of people but I have a few that gets an email message saying they can't register and try a different email. After they have tried several different emails, they contact me for assistance. I asked them to login to their zoom account then try to register but this has failed to solve the problem.
Is there any way I can register them from my screen? I see how to manage but that only lets me either automatically approve or manually approve. It does not get the ability to input a registration.
