HI Everyone. Happy Monday.
Preparing for an upcoming International conference requiring sign language and discovered the latest version of Zoom 5.12.3 with the Sign Language enable is limited to allowing 2 interpreters max. As interpreters work in pairs I need 6 interpreters to sign, ASL, ISL and FSL. I will also have 6 audio Interpreters. How can I configure my Meeting to handle more than 1 Sign Language? Thanks everyone, and have a good day.

hi johnm_gva,
i think the max number of sign language interpreters may be twenty(20).
"When Sign Language interpretation view is enabled, hosts can designate up to 20 users as sign language interpreters either when scheduling a meeting or webinar or during the session. "
please see:
Managing sign language interpretation – Zoom Support
Viewing sign language interpretation – Zoom Support
zoom windows client as of today is 5.12.6 (10137).

thanks, eliot

I also use two ASL interpreters and have been testing the new ASL channel. I have not used it yet because I can't figure out how ASL interpreters activate/deactivate their video when they rotate in their function. Any idea? Thanks.

@SandraMRP - I realize this is an old request, but in case someone stumbles across this looking for the answer, here it is: If you have 2 ASL (or other interpreters), they are sequenced by the order in which they joined as interpreters. If the first interpreter has their video on, they are displayed in the interpreter window. If they turn off their video, the window will switch to show the second interpreter. If the first interpreter turns their video on again, they will once again be shown.
